Venue: The Underground Bar (Formally Gilligans, Downstairs @ the Oxford Hotel)

Shallow Nation nightclub has humble beginnings at the Lewisham Hotel, Sydney. The club was founded in March, 2008. The first Official Shallow Nation was held at Gilligans on Sydney's busy Oxford St. Unfortunately it then moved to Tailors on Central. But times change and in 2009, the club has returned to it's true home of The Underground Bar

Shallow Nation was founded by DJ Requ13m with the aim of providing the dark electro scene with an different option to traditional “goth” clubs. Shallow Nation has expanded to include an arsenal of some of the best Djs in the scene today with resident Djs REQU13M, PAULY7, METAVIRUS & OPIATE and also regularly features the hottest DJ Acts from Sydney and beyond.

Shallow Nation serves up a musical mix from the wide world that is Electronica and beyond.
